Results of evaluation of the efficiency of the working process of feed granulators

Existing studies in the field of application granulation process have proven effectiveness this eliminating disadvantages that loose compound feeds have. The technology allows to ensure stable uniformity, improve sanitary and hygienic indicators, increase nutritional value, shelf life, as well minimize losses during its transportation distribution. Due growth production feeds, continuous improvement equipment, machines technologies used is required. We made a comparative analysis granulators for various types indicators: economic, technical, technological, energy efficiency indicators. Three approaches were compare them: rank approach, standardization method, dimensionality reduction method. As result, optimization obtained results was carried out and, summing up all three methods, feed noted, which are best terms totality parameters studied.
